HOW IT WORKS

  • The St. Killians candle is placed into the internal glass, which contains a small hole at the base
  • The candle liquifies as it burns, until it reaches the base of the glass
  • The candle burns for approximately 1.5 – 2hrs
  • As the base of the candle liquifies it draws the wick down, thus extinguishing itself before leaving the glass through the hole in the base
  • The remaining wax drops through into a tray of water, which is contained inside the candle rack
  • Upon reaching the water tray the wax hardens and is easily removed.
